Supported brokers

TraderDx imports US stock trades from Interactive Brokers automatically every night, and from any broker that exports a CSV. Access is always read-only: TraderDx never places or changes orders.

How nightly sync works

  • You create a Flex query and a Flex Web Service token in IBKR's Client Portal; TraderDx walks you through both. The token only reads reports, so it can't trade or move money.
  • Every weekday after the US close, TraderDx fetches the day's fills and rebuilds them into trades. If IBKR's report is late, it tries again after midnight.
  • The token is stored encrypted. You can pause, reconnect or disconnect at any time from Connections.
  • IBKR tokens expire. TraderDx warns you before the date you entered, and shows when the last sync ran.
  • Nightly sync is part of Pro and the 14-day trial. File upload works on every plan; see pricing.

What gets imported

  • US stocks in US dollars, long and short. Options, futures and other instruments are listed as skipped.
  • Fills are grouped into trades, including partial fills, scale-ins, scale-outs and position flips.
  • Commissions and fees come from the file where it has them.
  • Uploading the same fills twice doesn't create duplicates, and you're warned when a file overlaps another account.
  • Every upload and sync can be undone from Connections.

Broker not listed, or a file that won't import?

Any CSV with a date, symbol, quantity and price per fill can be matched. New brokers are added as traders ask for them.
